Install a mod that enables MP maps like Simple Trainer V by sjaak327, then go to Teleports > Other teleports , then enable MP Maps, then go back to main menu then go to Options, then slide to the second menu, then go to save at the end and save the settings to ini file.

Funny thing, I thought you out of many brilliant modders for gta5, would be perfect for this task, & here you are.

@WTLS_81 Ok never mind, I found it, I guess I needed to go up the stairs of flight school area in order to enable it.
Nonetheless this mod is the beginning of something much bigger here, for you have mastered many areas that took me months to think through.
I definitely congratulate you for this great milestone you have achieved for us in the modding community, & hope everyone else appreciate this.

For those having issues with erroneous messages, about cars being in the way, just ignore it & make sure you enter & are in the the plane.
Everything seems to fall in line & work well afterwards.

Its ironic, because I was going to ask if you guys something quite similar.
I wanted to know if you guys would assist me in near future, as I continue developing an Air formation squadron mod, which is not a stand alone mod per se, but an inclusion to author Eddlm, "Body Guard Squad" mod, that I'm working on improving & adding new features, such as the, Airforce defense element to it.
This will be a first ever breakthrough mod, to ever be developed for GTA 5. Where a player can call-in any fighter planes (dlc's too) to there defense, while on foot or in the air, & act as an escort over the skies or in other aircraft's, like an Airforce One plane.
@WTLS_81 So its been a while since I used Discord, was bit confusing to use at first & hadn't return to it for a while, so will have to re-acclimate myself to it.

Check out our mod Private Security Service that is similar to Bodyguard Squads by Eddlm. Btw we are planning to add a feature of air support to it.

Just a reminder for everyone using this mod, you need to complete the Minor Turbulence mission in order to buy the hangar needed.
I'm a give Discord a try in the coming week, so I'll hit you up over there.
In the meantime, let me go check out this Body guard Security mod you have, & see how much of difference & mprovement it is in terms with other general BG mods. Though I must admit, it did keep me in awe, when I saw it showcased with the "Private Plane" service mod.
Also adding any form of Airplane/Jet vehicle as a Call-in support, will be unprecedented (no other mod has done it yet) & a marvel to see in action.

Also I see in your description you mention certain airports were off-limits, due to I presume possibly to real-world emulation. However I think you maybe missing out on the Fort Zancudo part. This could be a great way for some players to be afforded some clearance by whatever scenario is given (special clearance of some sort, short mission completion of something, etc...).
Most especially if a player could be allowed to ride in any Airforce One plane, from & to any of the Three major Airports. This would be a milestone accomplishment right here.
