A busy day at a rural, roadside bar.
Everything (should be) as seen in the screenshot!
Most of (or all) peds are frozen so animations don't glitch out when spawning in.
You are more than welcome to use this in your videos!
Installation:
1. Simply open the "BusyBikerBar.zip",
2. Then go to GrandTheftAutoV>menyooStuff>Spooner and then drag and drop the provided XML into that folder. I think this can be done while your game is open as well.
3. Enjoy! Please let me know if you spot any issues and I'll fix them as soon as possible :)
