Without RDE, does the game crash or police just doesnt spawn?

@Keroscene if you load it with the menyoo version police just won't spawn

Hey when I try to go to NY it loads the props and stuff but the floor and buildings and all that dont load and i fall through to the ocean and die. It happens on YMAP and menyoo

Installed all the requirements and it simply crashes my game. Shit needs a video tutorial. The map looks fun but as DED said, It loads the props and everything. But the roads dont load in and we just fall into the ocean.

@GeggletonHigglesnut I did enjoy it. :) Too bad North Yankton is a small map though. There's one part of the map of the map thats like...halfway into the city thats closed off by an invisible barrier. If you try to drive through it coming from the police station it doesn't let you or the AI traffic through. But on the opposite side it does (if that makes sense)
