Has yet another "low quality camera" feature.

Installation (ReShade must be installed beforehand)
1. Open the .rar file
2. drag the two .ini files onto anywhere (can be a folder, your desktop or the game directory)
3. open up your game
4. Open ReShade
5. press ReShadePreset.ini
6. Go to the directory where you put CityofDreams.ini/CityofDreamsCaptured.ini
7. After loading CityofDreams.ini/CityofDreamsCaptured.ini, just enjoy.

You are allowed to use this preset in videos, but you must include a link of the mod in the description.
