Guys, I create an account just for comment my solution.
After multiples Attempts removing ASI Plugins, mods etc etc. I Found that removing the Extended Camera ASI and all the DLL that works with this Asi remove my issue with Game Crash after Loading screen.
For the momment i am not using ""ExtendedCameraSettings.asi ExtendedCameraSettings.ini Opencamera.asi"" And hooknet its working fine without issues.
Btw, i have Steam Version and using the file commandline.txt on the root gta5 folder and inside the command " -scOfflineOnly " without quotes.
