Install instructions
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, name it "hellacious", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/hellacious/"
spawn name hellacious

@gtavjamal lol, I don't know if it's the model but the textures on this just don't display in-game as they do on zmod, really strange.
@kjb33 You know infinitely more than me about all this stuff but what I found to minimize texture glitch issues is continually manually saving (since I loathe that ZM3 auto save feature) and re-starting ZM3 after each major change. Also ensuring every time I load a new model etc I restart ZM3. Doing this I found avoids so many weird glitches to which I got no clue why they occur all I care is they don't.
