This mod May or May not have updates in the Future.
This is a mechanics shop with three dual post lifts, small office space, small parking lot to the side of the shop, plenty of parts and tools to RP with.
Shop is located near the end of the docs. ( As seen in images )
This shop was build for personal use and I figured anyone with these props could be able to enjoy it.
Shop Includes:
- 3 Garage Doors
- 3 Two Post Lift
- Front Desk with ATM, (Not working unless you have a script for it)
- Large Seating area for customers
- Nice Location, ( Away from things )
- Snap On Tool Sets
NOTE: YOUR NEED RACING FREDDIE'S PROPS FOR THE SNAP ON TOOL SET.

INSTALLATION
Extract the YMAP from the folder to your desktop.
Open OpenIV, install the program if you don't currently have it
Click Edit Mode by the top of the program
Click update>x64>dlcpacks>custom_maps>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>citye>maps> custom_maps.rpf
Then Drag the YMAP into the folder [custom_maps.rpf]
