Install:
Gta 5 Directory\Menyostuff\spooner\place the file there and you are ready
In game
1. open menyoo menu
2. go to objet spooner
3. select manage saved files
4. select FILE House
5. select load placement
Any bugs please let me know.

For the main property which object did you use? In my game the floor is disappearing and, I'd love to be able to fix it. (Its a problem on my end not yours)
I would like to know why in my gta houses are always missing objects and some invisible part
