Hey! this is a very simple menyoo scene I created for a video, thought I'd share it!
Its a simple gang hangout/music video lineup!
to install:
just add this to your menyoo spooner folder
Install path: GTA5/menyoostuff/Spooner
(just drop the xml file in there!)
Go in game and used menyoo to teleport to the location and load placements all cars and peds will spawn in!

Yeah add more life to the city, if possible make one of the ballas do some burnouts and do some wheelies in sanchez bikes just like gangs do irl. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5bKNEOJvio
