1.To install, drag the all files in the Folder to [game directory]/MenyooStuff/Spooner.
2.In-game, start Menyoo and select Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files >
[Jimmy Birthday.XML] > Load Placements.
THIS MAP MOD LOOKS GREAT AT IN-GAME NIGHT-TIME
V1.1 fixes lights not spawning
V1.2 fixes Peds spawning at wrong areas

Why do none of these "map mod scenario" things work properly? As a matter of fact I have yet to download and install one from any modder, that actually functions. This thing just loads a handful of people in some parking lot, a few cars on the grass out front, and a couple guys at the door. Hardly a party and NOTHING like what's shown in the pictures. How are you guys allowed to keep uploading this junk??
