back with another (pretty slapped together) house on the North beach of Bronx
installation
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LIBERTYCITY SOUTH-EAST
get that here:

1. drag and drop the folder "queensbronx" into the following path mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:/queensbronx/
changelog:
1.0 - initial release
2.0 added shaded beds by the beach and built a bar in the back yard, minor changes to the house itself
2.5 added a single table I forgot to add
