Welcome back to another one of my posts, first of all thank you for my first 1k downloads on my other house! This build will be featured in a awesome RP server i run. We have custom jobs, custom vehicles, events every weekend [anyone can host one], track cars, drag and drift cars. Also have police!

Ive also got my own discord server if you would like to join, i will be posting new ymaps in there every now and then. If your a member you will get access to download the XML's to buildings if you would like to use them
Most of my builds have props you may not, install "https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder" for the props and to load correctly!

Installation
-------------------
Extract the YMAP from the folder and set it on your desktop
Open OpenIV, install it if you dont have it already
[Make sure you go into edit mode!!] Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
Then take the YMAP and drag & drop it into OpenIV then its in!

Hey, I just installed the house correctly and the most things of the house are there, but the floor and some walls are missing, any ideas?
Ehm… how I can downland "custom_maps" folder and dlc?
doesn't load in should be removed
cars go through the floor when parked and go away and come back. Otherwise good house
@Official_IDK If you use a "Freeze Vehicle" function in a menu its fine, the cars will fall through on any lifted or high elevated surface.
@terrydoesttv Well you haven't installed it properly then, its in my SP and was in a RP server...
Everything is floating...
