You have to save and delete the old file, then no longer duplicates

Your mods are Amazing. The only bad thing is that it will rain through the house. Maybe there is a way to fix this. And by the way, you should create a simple cottage, or something like this in the forrest near paleto bay or something. Out in the middle of nowere

I'm completely lost on how to keep it from duplicating i've spent two hours looking up how to do this and i cant find anything i put it in auto load maps, it loads with random pieces duplicated or things sticking through the wall and i assumed when you say save it you mean in the map editor, so i did and as for deleting the old file i didn't see one i just want a house in Paleto, i know how to add almost any other mod in gta but map mods just don't click with me, someone please help.
