Paleto Bay Pier Remastered [Menyoo] 1.0

Paleto Bay Pier Remastered with Menyoo objct spooner.
With this remastered version of the Paleto Bay Pier. I've added a new fence add the pier itself, added a yacht, added some palmtrees and houses.
And some other small things, like a bus stop and a small beach party.
The yacht i added was build with spooner mode, so you don't have to enable online maps.
To Install map place the .xml file in:
GTA V Root > menyooStuff > Spooner
After loaded the map with the menyoo trainer, there also will be a map marker visible on your map.
You will need to have scripthook and the menyoo trainer installed for this to work.
It's my first custom map i have made, hope you like it! :)

I don't know if it's just my problem, but once I load the map with menyoo after 5 seconds the game crashes. Is there any buggy object? However nice map.
