Paleto Bay Stage Setup v2(final)

Paleto Bay is setting up the stage for live music and the annual Ramp Jump exhibition over the highway. With Monster Trucks, Rc Bandito, and open signups for the longest jump contest, this is sure to be a good time.
Scenarios include :
Stage setup for live music, Lovefist Willy is on site providing his insight and guidance.
Loading Dock with Beer being delivered and drug van picking up for a delivery
Portaloo delivery (formally titled as the main scenario)
Ramp jump over the highway, monster trucks and rc bandito.
Install:
Paleto Stage Setup file goes in gta 5 directory inside menyoostuff/spooner folder.
Once in game open up menyoo (F8 twiice) / object spooner / manage saved files / Paleto Stage Setup / Load placements
