So heres a abandoned house for paleto bay
It has been restored theres been many things added. including a garage which wasnt originally there. it has 1 bedroom with a bed that sleeps 3 people 4 if you count the couch as a bed i have future plans to make this a 2 story house. the garage can fit 2 cars depending on their size.
Okay to use this mod you will need script hook v and menyoo trainer installed .
The XML file goes in the spooner folder in your menyoo stuff folder more information in the readme
