This is railway station of sandy shores that is completely made by Ms mods
INSTALLATION:
FiveM: simply drag and drop both maps into your map folder in your server. If you dont already have a map folder, just google or youtube how to make a map add-on folder for FiveM.
Single Player: these are YMap's, you will need to convert them to XML files for single player use. once an XML, you will simply drag and drop this into your main GTAV directory, then when in game load it through Map Editor.

Ymap Installation
If you hadn't done so already, you will need to set up the CustomMaps DLC
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/mapeditor-2-ymap-converter
All you need to do after that, is drop 'small villa' inside custom_maps.rpf of the following folder (using OpenIV):
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf
This file has been approved automatically. If you think this file should not be here for any reason please report it.
polish the textures a little and it'll be perfect ❤

@Ms Mods could u please make it easier to install to SP, such as by converting the files? this is a SP mods site after all

FYI, you CANNOT convert ymaps for XML format... you can use the ymap in SP via the custom maps DLC though.. you can find that in the xml to ymap converter tool

@WalterWhiteGamer sadly these are in game props used to build this so it will likely not be able to have updated textures. I converted @777projeckt train station mod into my sandy shores overhaul and it faces a similair issue. @Ms Mods great work and i love how u added a parking lot next to it like a park n pay for commuter rail. Nice work!

@WalterWhiteGamer me personally i dont know how to texture lol. Which sucks cause i have so many ideas i cant do. But another potential issue with retexturing those props is that would change them wherever they are in game elsewhere. which could potentially cause flickering or maybe other visual glitches. Itd be neat though if someone fixed the plain smooth props and made them look real id definitely download
the roof top is to hight, two platforms is not realitic with one track you must have two tracks between the platforms and you need a train.dat file to stop the train on the station sorry how it is it is not good
