There is another one from an other guy, uploaded 1 day ago. Some feel they need to add peds and then it's a map-mod and some don't want to bother adding peds and download these kind of things.
But yeah this one here is not as "good" as the other existing one.
Guys,if i put 15 peds it's because this is first version,I will upload new versions with better options!
I'm sorry but this is just a mod with a few peds placed randomly, you could at least add some actions, etc

ScottCousins and other : I'm interested in it but the map editor allows just random spots with few peds.
What is the mod that shown in the map its like online feature....please tell me
