Hello!
This is the Marines Island, containing the marines generals who were conducting a secret weapons research.
-You need to open the xml file with "Map Editor" from Guadmaz
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Installation :
1) Go to your GTA V main folder.
2) Put themarineisland.xml to the main directory, i.e. where GTA5.exe is located.
3) In game, press F7 to open Map Editor, go to load map, file chooser, and themarineisland
4) Enjoy :)
