For anyone having bushes and trees in weird places, the current version, v1.2, contains a folder called 'Replace Files'. Instructions in the readme file. Replacing these four ymap files work for me. The pool on the roof is not deep enough. For anyone who wants to swim, you have a beach and the sea right next to the house :)

Is it just me or when i install this, the driveway had some curb in the middle of it, while i still could drive through since the curb has no collision it ruins the aesthetic by being there. anyone know a fix?

Hello @BigShaqNOKetchup just thought you should know that Rockstar has once again re-added trees into your MLO as of Update 2082 with the new Drug Wars DLC. Another fix would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

@Jetmonkey17 If you have experience with Codewalker:
1. Temporarily remove the house from OpenIV.
2. Use Codewalker at the area the house is at to hide all the trees, move them underground.
3. Add the new ymap file(s) from Codewalker to OpenIV.
4. Put back in the house.

@BigShaqNoKetchup @Solomon_2 I'm having the same, if not a similar issue. Collisions load, props load, but the building doesn't, and there's a large visible hole in the ground. Not sure if its something I broke, I know it worked previously.

@Solomon_2 @Hydraxonn I re-installed the mod a few days ago and everything is working for me. When the game updates, OpenIV needs to replace a file with a newer version. I reinstalled Windows and OpenIV so can't remember what it replaces, I think the dlc_list.xml which references the mod's dlc file? That could be why you are experiencing your issue. Try to reinstall the mod again and make sure to read the readme file because you have ymap files to replace others.

I was able to get the trees and bushes out of the way. Check how many "mpheist" folders you have. I had one in dlc_patch and one in dlcpacks. I place the replace files in both and the trees were gone. Amazing mod. Will upgrade to 5 stars one that note is added

Yooo, the jacuzzi/water thing doesn't emit water sounds on the rooftop

I love this house, it's perfect! Only one thing I can't figure out, is there a way I could somehow link the garage door to a keybind..? I use the actual front/side door a decent bit and I want the garage to stay shut. Being in the kitchen also opens the garage door too

If anyone knows anything I appreciate it!
