INSTALLATION:

-Map Builder: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder ( important otherwise objects will not be displayed )
If you hadn't done so already, you will need to set up the CustomMaps DLC:
-https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/mapeditor-2-ymap-converter
AFTER:
-Copy Villa in custom_maps On OPENIV
( \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf )

@anniversary12345 hi, the easiest way is to watch tutorials on youtube, then you will better understand how to put the objects and place them as you want.
then it will come on its own and do a pretty thing.
I am far from having the best level

I run the map, but after running it, some architectural materials are lost. exp: table, water...

it breaks when i drive into the drive way
