After playing this game for years, i have decided to make my own proper graphics mod using reshade, which allows us to play in history mode AND online mode without restrictions.
How to install:
-Download reshade: https://reshade.me/
-Select the game (GTA5.exe or GTA5Enhanced.exe)
-Extract the zip file to the game folder, and select my preset on reshade setup (AtmosphericV.ini)
-After reshade finishes installing, set GTA5.exe to execute on compatiblity mode (Windows 7), this way you can play online with reshade.
Features:
Enhanced lighting with Ambient Light effects
Enhanced sharpness (can be adjusted with reshade menu)
Enhanced colors, contrast and brightness with Technicolor effects
Enhanced ambient contrast and occlusion with Curves effect
And more ambient illumination tweaks
Some screenshots are from legacy version and some are from enhanced version.

-Enhanced performance
-Removed useless effects
-Changed some color and shaprness settings
