So I thought the ticket that you give with LSPDFR plus was boring, so I made a more amusing one

This mod replaces the notepad prop with a more amusing one

Installation:
Replace the .ydr file in
mods/x64c.rpf//levels/gta5/props/lev des/v minigames.rpf
