I've been too busy to get around to this for the time being, those with technical knowledge can figure out what to do to get the lights looking like this. I'm using VisualV of course.
My visualsettings looks like this for the emissive.
car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 450.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 180.00
I'm sharing 3 of my ini files, for the time being, should be all you need besides visualsettings. This works with Reshade 3, the 'Realistic Emergency Lighting V2.0' goes in the root folder, and is for Reshade 3, I've been wanting to update this mod, but have been too busy. Nevertheless, it works as it is now. When I update it, I will include better instructions

Okay, lights are all corrected, no need for any corrections in my opinion. I'm done with this pretty much. If I make anymore changes it won't be for awhile, due to a lack of further knowledge, and everything looks good to me. I'm happy with the results.

but unfortunately it breaks my taxi ads :( they are so shiny now u cant even see the car no-more :)
@Olddude I'm aware of that. You should be able to edit the taxi colors, and just lower the opacity really low so the signs are less exposed, or use another taxi model. The issue is with the amount of white light on the taxi signs.
IF YOU PLEASE TAKE TWO MINUTES AND ADD WHERE ACTUALLY THESE FILE GOES AFTER ADDING VISUAL IV , IT WILL BE ALOT HELPFUL FOR EVERY ONE .

Unable to open as an archive. Tried different browsers and different un/zip programs and all keep giving me the same error that it cannot open it, as though it is an incomplete or corrupt file/download. Unfortunately, your LCPDFR/LSPDFR page does not have this file in order to try downloading it from a different website in order to troubleshoot why the file is null.
I just checked it, it opens fine in WinRar.
Can some one say where this is mean to go as it looks great but no idea on where this is even mean to go XD
@hyperspacedude as stated in the description, it requires reshade 3. the enb files go where enb is, the reshade ini goes in the root dir where reshades are supposed to be, and visual settings is self-explanitory

also, I started working on a 2.5 version but it was taking up too much of my time, it'll never be released likely so just roll with it lol

what graphics settings do i need for the effects on the led lights on the lightbars to work...i have a weird pc and every setting but post fx is on the lowest i could change it to..(this is for the els ini file not just from this mod but others...i would post this on the els mod page on lcpdfr mods but its not letting me sign-in or make an account)
