Hey foks, Welcome to Vice City
Description :
this is remake of Welcome to Vice City famous billboard that were around airport of vice city in GTA vice city.
if you have installed one of vice city map mod in GTA V , you can replace this banner
this is just as same as the original billboard but high quality and remake with new peds and textures and in game scene of gta v
installation:
for installation use open iv , go to update - x64 - dlcpacks - and locate your map mod folder and find the banner location
note: ""depend on your vice city map version the billboard location is different""
for example for @lunchxbles map version ; the billboard location is:
update - x64 - dlcpacks - vicecity - dlc - x64 - levels - gta5 - vicecity - airportn - ap_billboard.ytd
