- Open "OpenIV" and turn it in Edit Mode
- Go to 'mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\jza80\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf\\'
- Replace the file 'a80.ytd' with that in the archive
- Close OpenIV and run the game.
