I had been waiting and hoping for someone to bring 337 / O-2 Cessna Skymaster into GTA 5. Thankfully Foxunitone heard my request and came through huge! I greatly appreciate it!
I grew up on USAF bases as a kid and saw a few of these planes in service. I always thought that the push and pull aspect .. or as the USAF pilots would say "suck and blow"... of the design was pretty cool.
INSTALLATION
-------------------------------------------------------------------
You will need to replace liveries using OpenIV.
http://openiv.com/
1) In OpenIV, navigate to: D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\skymaster\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
3) Enable Edit mode.
4) Open skymaster.ytd, there is a list of texture files on the left of this window, scroll down to where it lists "sign1" etc., select a livery that you want to replace, click replace at the top right-hand corner. Navigate to where you have unzipped my package and select the USAF liveries to replace the default livery. I have also included replacement pngs for the interior and seat to make the interior grey rather than tan.
When you have installed the livery or liveries that you want, remember to click "save."
5) Close OpenIV, and go play GTA5
6) Spawn the aircraft with a trainer and cycle liveries, you should see the USAF liveries if you did this correctly.

These look awesome! I never saw a military one growing up, but I did see CHP use them and KNX1070 AM radio out of LA used to have one over the 605 freeway often in the mid 1980's where I lived. These look great on the plane. You can also add them without replace liveries if you want, just label them as master_sign_13, _14, etc. I think planes can have 25 liveries without any problems.
