"Cruiser" badging for the Vapid Cruiser/Vapid Stanier S or the Taxi or any Police Stanier
Installation:
Firstly, you need OpenIV (https://openiv.com/)
replace stanier2.ytd (not the hi.ytd version) with the one included in the .rar
or
edit stanier2.ytd and replace policebadges and policebadgesn with the DDS included and save it
