1.Download the car from TGIJ: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/pandem-volkswagen-golf-r-mk7-add-on-liveries-template
2.Open OpenIV and browse to x64\vehicles.rpf\golfp.ytd and open it.
3.When you have that list opened just simply add the livery which is pandem_sign_7 from the downloaded file onto the list which is the .ytd file. and save it.
4.Enjoy

The livery is free for everyone, just give me credits for the livery and TGIJ for the car :)
The livery is exclusively on GTA5 Mods only.
Reuploading on different party websites/organization is NOT allowed.
