News van skin for CBS's flagship station in New York City along with it's local affiliates on the doors, including WCBS 880, 1010 WINS, and WFAN. Might make some more NY-NJ metro skins for the van, but I'm not quite sure.
INSTALLATION:
Replace rumpo_sign_1 in newsvan.ytd with openIV where ever you have installed it.
You will need this for it to work:

Can you add a weazel news helicopter and a script that spawns it if the player has 4 stars or higher?

@Ilikeeditingpolice01 You might be able to do that by messing with the dispatch.xml list. Not sure if it would put cops or civilians inside however. Also, you can just use Fenton's news maverick https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/buckingham-maverick-2nd-generation-add-on-liveries
