Bring some 80's flair to GTA V.
HOW IT WORKS:
Replaces Michael's beard. Best worn with the Lexington cut, or the longer hairstyles.
You'll have to use a trainer to change the face texture. So far no work-around has been found for this, but the game won't revert back if you change it thankfully.
INSTALL:
Use OpenIV. Copy the "update" folder into your mods folder in your game directory. Follow the folder paths to install the model and textures.

@stayingnoided I like it thanks but unfortunately cant use it with my Michael and the younger face. Any chance to fix the receding hairline please?
@gtavjamal you have to use a trainer to select the face texture. Simple trainer works great and it doesn't revert the face. Also don't forget to wear it with a hairstyle that fits
