Set Ped Type to "Female" and Is streamed "False".
press REBUILD.

@clemen You said "like this", as the mod is clearly nude. And also, regarding your other reply, she is NOT an adult, in the recent TWD game she is infact still a teenager whom is not legal. And yes maybe she is virtual, but either-way it's still a bit weird really, don't you think? I'm not going to argue with you, it simply is just weird, but I'm not even going to come here and "rip" you for it, have a good day.
