The newer and online peds can also be added automatically from the popgroupsymt located at:
Mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/popgroups.ymt
It is in the read me because I can't put lines as it messes up.

@MARK2580 The ones in the vanilla game wer boring hence I recoloured their textures and the properties. You can also look up RadiantBroods peds too
