I Know This Mod Is Not Great But Im Getting Back Into Modding So Future Mods Will Be Better.
Sorry If The Quality Is Bad. I Havent Made Anything In Photoshop In A LONG Time So I Was A Little Rusty.
How To Install:
1. Go Into The Main Directory Of The Game And Make A New Folder And Name It "mods" If You Have Not Already.
2. Copy "x64v.rpf" To The Mods Folder.
3. Open "OpenIV" And Select GTA V For Windows.
4. Go Into The Mods Folder And Go Here "x64v.rpf > models > cdimages > ped_sp_overlay_txds.rpf".
5. Hit "Edit Mode" On The Top Right Of OpenIV.
6. Select The Player You Want To Have The Tattoo And Drag The ".ytd" Into OpenIV.
7. Have Fun I Know Its Not Much But I Am Getting Back Into The Swing Of Things So Better Mods To Come.
