i already made a kinda similar one for franklin. you can check that one out on my page.
want to find a good hd face rework of trevor so i can apply these on for version2.

Hi! i can't find X64.V in the mod file using OpenIV ! :'( it's stop at x64u ^^" i only see it in the original game folder
Ok so i ve found where was my error, but now i ve added the file in the corect folder but don't see any change in game :'(
@hezediel https://youtu.be/JBp8EyGlfK0 someone used enhance native trainer to customize the skin to get the tattoo on. If you did install it correctly you just need a trainer that let's you do that.
