@MattNJ Oh wow im fucking late, sorry lol. If you have Julio's mod, you just drag the ini files there. Under Grand Theft Auto V\Scripts\DBZns Files\Characters. You need to learn how to install a "Goku" ped via AddonPeds or "Julio's Add peds OIV"
