Here is Kami from Dragon Ball and DBZ + his walking staff (replaces any melee weapon)

Requirements
- Updated GTA5
- Updated Scripthook (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv)
- Addon Peds Mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
- Silkteam or Q13's Kami lookout(optional)

to install the walking staff:
-using OPENIV replace the ingame Machete(or any other melee weapon) with the included files, or change the included files name to another weapon IE "w_me_bat" or "w_me_knife" etc.
