Hairstyle from Max Payne 3 Converted & Rigged to MP Male in GTA V, Didn't take to long and to much of a struggle
but here it is.

- Fixed Pixelated Texture & Made Hair Smoother
Installation:
Method 1 - MPClothes DLC (Recommended)
Put The Hair YDD & YTD in (mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpclothes > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpclothes_male.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_clothes_01)
Hair style can be found somewhere after the last Vanilla ones on the in game List with example Menyoo or Simple Trainer. (#87 For Me)
Method 2 - Replacement (Free Choice Of Location)
With This method you just replace Vanilla Hair from a Random Online DLC with this one.
For Example - (mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > mpbiker > dlc.rpf > x64 > models > cdimages > mpbiker_male.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_bikerdlc_01)

mine in game looks a lot thinner than the screenshots you've posted, is that how its supposed to be?
@ColbyWest It might be cause you're not using a Hair Decal Overlay to fill up the areas where you can see the skin trough the hair. There is an option For Hair Decal overlays in Menyoo

@NoizeUnit Its Pixelated for me as well, thats just the way the model is in GTA, I have no clue how to fix it atm
