We hand out as many warnings as we see fit, or none at all, and go straight to ban, all depending on the seriousness of the offense. In your case, yes, it's your first, and immediately your last warning, as it should be clear, to anyone, without having it spelled out, that namecalling towards the staff is a definite no-no.

Also, this mod has been approved. Partial nudity is allowed, btw, insofar it remains in style with the game (which itself, of course, contains quite a bit of it). It will be judged, by us, on a case-by-case basis.
