use openIV, and replace my pics in
mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one

and in game, go in any tattoo shop and you can change

no problem!! mods folder... have this sense.. you dont must copie everthing to your game, i the mods folder
is a duplication of your game, and in there you change, and when you start the game,, load openIV.asi

this you must change with trainer!! somewhere skin controll, and you can change hair style

How do I get the neck tattoo in trainer? You said "somewhere in skin control" .........but where?

Ah ok so I see it only works if I go to the hairdressers and get the shape up haircut. Is there no way to have the neck tattoo replace one of the neck tattoos so I can get it in the tattoo shop and use it with all haircuts and beards?

Allerdings habe ich gesehen das viele Mods dieses "mysteriöse" x64v.rpf nutzen. Was mach ich falsch ???
