It's only texture. At first you must download and install ProMotivatedTv's mod from here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/dad-hat-strap-back-16-pack-for-franklin
Then go to: mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpedprops.rpf/player_one_p
Then open "p_head_diff_016_j.ytd" or similar file that you want, grab this dds file and put it in there ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Then go to: mods/x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpedprops.rpf/player_one_p
