Place BulletImpact.dll and BulletImpact.ini into your "scripts" folder. You will need the latest Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook.
About
With this mod, the player reacts to bullets with Euphoria like NPCs. This makes the game more challenging and hardcore.

- Initial Release.

- Only applies when you are out of armor.
- Random bullet impulse forces applied to make it random.
- Velocity check for ragdoll changed a bit.
1.2
- Rewritten code and fixed for latest versions of the game.
- Used native Euphoria and added injuries such as holding stomach/limping/shooting from the ground whilst getting up.
1.3
- Fixed bugs (armor, camera, etc)
- Working with latest game versions, install latest SHVDotNet
1.4
- Added ini file to configure min/max chance of euphoria activation to happen, by default it will be 1/4 chance.

This mod works, but it only works one time when I get shot and killed but after that it then corrupts then and I’m not able to use it throughout the game. (I just wandering if it’s clashing with other scripts or are you able to help. Thanks @oooper666

it is awsome the mod but he has to give us euphoria engine to downlaod so more mods can come out and i really mean it

I'm cracked the dll file, is the ScriptHookVDotNet problem, they don't support GTA.NaturalMotion
