Here's the best hitman mod you can find for this game.
According to the original author MrCrumbs: JavelinV is a Hitman/Assassination script which's missions are written and stored entirely in XML. This allows the people, YOU, to write your own assassinations and share them with others.

I have taken over the mod over the years, changing some things, fixing it's functioning, and adding on top of what he did previously, what I've changed:
CHANGELOG 8.0
- Created about a thousand hits which involve: single gang members, driving gang members, gang groups, gangs in hotels, gangs in gas stations, gangs in a few mission interiors, gang deals, mansion hits with bodyguards, and gangs in boats, so you can take enemies even in the sea.
- Changed contact name in the messages from "Javelin" to "Contractor"
- Fixed the possibility of hits spawning in front of the player.
- Enemies will now attack/run accordingly if they see you carrying a weapon, and now the actually have to see you, so stealth is allowed.
-Gangs will now defend the targets in their territory instead of shooting at them and killing them for you.
-Fixed the driving enemies not respecting traffic.
-Added the possibility to call a phone contact to start the mission, the contact is called "Contractor
-Added a possibility in the ini to modify at which distance the missions are activated (MISSIONSDISTANCE) Set to 500 meters by default.
- Added the possibility for the mission to become an unlockable. The mission is unlocked doing the Minigun challenge in ammu nation, and then leaving the area, which will prompt the player to receive a message.
- Added a cooldown time after a mission, so you have to actually wait a little to be able to do another contract.
- Added SUPPORT FOR MPCharacters MPmale and MPFemale respectivelly, the contact will call MPMale "Player" in the text messages, and MPFemale Lady.
- Added a "Guard" task so now you can set an enemy to guard an area, any enemy set as guard will walk around the area in a range of 5 meters, and stand around for a few seconds before moving again. the task looks like "GUARD=1" in the xml's
- Added hearing to hostile enemies
- Reduced the distance of mision for the hits.
INSTALLATION
-Drop everything in the file from this download into your own scripts folder.
-There are optional inis in the zip to enable optional features, such as unlocking the mission and having a cooldown, for those who like roleplaying.
USAGE
Press DELETE to start the missions (can be changed in the ini).

@MaxLuk try to do them using mine as a base and see, if you are using the suppresive fire mod while testing it, remove it, both use the same function

@thalilmythos just realized it says "DEFENSIVE=1" in the readme and in your missions xmls its DEFENSIVE="1"

I'm using the unlock and cooldown ini but I still get a message from Contractor on save load saying he has thousands of contracts for me, and I can call him in the phone to take one. How do I fix this?

@Owenza you kinda just have to ignore it since it only happens upon game load or scripts reload, I forgot to make that consistent with the unlock, will do next update.

Brand new update! Hideout and shootout lovers will love this one!
NEW FEATURES
- Added a "DEFENSIVE=1" Task so now you can set targets to defend and stand their ground, used mostly in hideouts to prevent targets from leaving their spawn point, swarm and flank the player as they would do previously.
- Adapted every hideout to use the DEFENSIVE task now, causing them to become more of a shooting gallery akin to main missions of the game, and similar to hideouts in other third person shooters.
- THe usage of the DEFENSIVE task actualyl let's the targets use the environment I crafted in the hits for cover, allowing for am ore "cover shooter" gameplay in them.Here's a showcase of how a hideout would be now, this one in particular would be one of the most annoying ones, with enemies climbing up the building stairs, and abandoning the alleyway, making the vehicles I placed in the alleyway for cover, usesless both for the targets and the player.

@Deathykins this has ifruit support, you can call a contact called "contractor" to start the missions

this mod is really good at what it does, but my only suggestion would be to make the contact after they trust you to start randomly giving you missions you can accept or do, because i don't really like calling them constantly, or make it so when we call them they automatically give us missions to do every success

@thalilmythos Any player's bodyguard of ped type 'army', e.g. marines, won't react to the enemies from this mod. It seems that this mod set the ped type of its peds into 'army'. Player's bodyguard of any other ped type, e.g. cop, will react to the enemies from this mod.

@Kosmiczna I'm not sure I understand you, this is redacted weirdly.
@mimichacha that is strange, but I do think I set the cops and army to respect these targets, so that they protect them in case people got creative and started creating targets in restricted areas.
So yeah, if you got army bodyguards they kinda will avoid attacking them, seems like you are on the other side of the law.
But since most players are criminals I don't think I will change this.

@mimichacha your best bet is to find a way to make your bodyguards not behave like army or cops but instead like a different entity, maybe civilians.

Defensive improvements
- The new defensive task has been improved
- Targets in defensive mode now will exit defensive mode when the player is sniping
