Installation : drag Npcpayback.cs inside your scripts folder inside Grand Theft Auto V folder
if you do not have scripts folder simply add a new folder in your Grand Theft Auto V enhanced folder
Requirements :
1. scripthookv
2. scripthookvdotnet
3. scripts folder in Grand Theft Auto V

Controls: FN plus F2 open menu
FN plus F2 close menu
features: when you soot at a pedestrian other pedestrians will shoot at you with guns
MENU
low chance 20
medium chance 50
high chance 80
