Adds the "Fus Roh Dah" shout from Skyrim to GTA 5!
Controls
All of these controls are configurable in the ini
"Delete" - Use the shout
"F6" - Increase shout power
"F5" - Decrease shout power
Update 1.6
Made ALL controls configurable in the ini file. Also made the shout more realistic, making the doors fly off of cars when shouted.
Update 1.5
Integrated the shout sound into the file so you no longer have to deal with the extra .wav file. MOD WORKS AGAIN :D
Update 1.4
Now you can set the custom shout strength and power in the ini file, so you can have it start with those values from the beginning! This was highly requested, so here you are!

Laptop/keyboards without number pads now supported! Press f5 to decrease shout power, and f6 to increase power!

Fixed the shout so now when pedestrians are hit by the shout, they are thrown in the rag doll state!
Installation:

Delte isnt WORKING NORE DOES f6 OR f5
I hear the sound and I can change the strength of the shout but there is no effect
I cant make cars fly :(
@bdking00 This is a very nice mod! However, I can only use the shout with Michael. When I use as Franklin the shout can be heard but it has no effect. Please help. Thank you.
