A tool for users and for ped model creators :)
Some time ago i created this tool to help my users add peds to game, it generates .oiv package to make the installation process very easy. it also generates uninstall package for easy removal of the added ped. You can generate packages with more than one ped and with different types (Streamed and Non-Streamed).
It also can generate suit config files for my mods, this way the user can easily add the suit to the suits list in game.
Just extract the files in a folder and run the tool preferable as administrator.

Obs.: Some sh!t#y anti viruses are detecting this as a virus, its a false positive, the file creates and delete files in his folder to generate the OIV packages, that's probably the reason of the detection by some AV like that Microsoft thing.

@Lukischo check if your file dlclist.xml is ok in the mentioned path (C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml)
maybe you corrupted the file using more than one OpenIV instance at once and editing the file...

i remember back in november i didnt have any way to generate peds even if the real script would work it would of probably been much much more annoying than this one but then in december i found this on GTX Scripting and when it worked i waa so happy.
how to do streamed peds?
@masterman3232 check the guide, i show a sample, its basically same process, you just need to select one of the two files that are outside the folder with the other files of that ped

julio it comes up with an error saying error loading mods config. could not find file users 44754 desktop mods cfg.txt i did the problem test and it says incompatible with windows i updated last night and since then it wont work could you fix this problem as i like your mods and always use them
Why I don't have Iron man EG option?
Having issues with this. Any ped model I added since the December update crashes the game.
Does this software work on GTAV 1.0.2545?
