It is a script that lets you customize how much health you have and provides a
custom health regeneration.

The vending machine is just a joke because ever since San Andreas, soda
machines have been used as health packs. I didn't know what else to use as a picture.

You don't need to see anything on screen that the health regenerates, the health
regenerates in the background if you haven't lost health.

Vanilla means the original game. The unmodded game's health is 200 and the health regenerates up to 50% health.

You can just set the original health regen to 0 and use the script's or turn all regen off completely.
Vanilla means the way the developers made it.
