Guys, when I have this mod, how can I use/spawn it in game?

@AuthorSaulAlan when I go to mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/ I want to open one of the rpf-Files but theres an error: "Unable to open archive: Unknown file format or archive is corrupted." What should I do? I want to add mods but it doesn't work. :/ Every file in the cdimages errors

@ElyZium Yes everytime I add a mod it is updating so the mods are gone

Hey guys I have a problem everytime I add mods, GTA V is updating. Yes I installed all Tools in OpenIV and yes I have a 'mods' folder.
