Crashes when i try to play a mission. Help?

Its all messed up for me.. I cant walk through doors nor is there water in the pool. I think it would be awesome if i could navigate around my yacht without NoClipping. Also would be AWESOME if i could interact with certain object. (Liquor, Hot tub, etc...) Thanks! (:
