so I also had the openIntenriors and uninstalled it even more so the blip of the main and secondary missions disappear after I installed the SinglePlayerApartment that the blip disappears

and how to solve the blip problem of the missing missions?
I have version 1.10 (fixed languages + vixtergames) installed, to upgrade to 1.11 which file I replace? and another thing like it stops to disappear the blips of missions I am having problem with that the mission blips are disappearing after I bought the apartments and offices
